9th Avenue bistro is owned and run by husband and wife team Graham and Gina Neilson,who took over in January 2010. They were previously travelling and working in top establishments through the US, the UK, Bermuda, South America and the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands. It has been their mission to create a modern, warm and unpretentious venue in the heart of Morningside, Durban, serving fresh and creative cuisine with an emphasis on high quality seasonal ingredients.

Graham and his team in the kitchen strive for perfection with every plate whilst the front of house delivers smooth, knowledgeable and professional service.
